I’m Philip, a wedding videographer based on the Essex / Suffolk border. I’ve been filming weddings across Suffolk since 2013, from stately houses and Tudor homes to quant village churches and garden marquees.
I’ve now filmed almost 400 weddings, and Suffolk has always been at the heart of my work. It’s where I’ve made my home. I love returning to venues I know well, as much as discovering somewhere new.
Wherever you’re getting married, my approach is the same: to capture the day as it happens, without turning it into a film shoot. The people, the words and the atmosphere all matter.
That’s what makes a wedding film worth watching years later.

I live in Suffolk, so it’s a county I know well, both as home and as the place where I’ve filmed many weddings. I’ve been lucky enough to work at some brilliant venues across Suffolk, returning to some time and again and discovering others for the first time.
I’ve filmed weddings at Easton Grange, Haughley Park, Butley Priory, Stoke by Nayland and Hengrave Hall, as well as many other venues across the county. Each has its own character, setting and way of doing things.
Knowing a venue makes a real difference. I know where I can move discreetly during a ceremony, where the light works well, how the venue runs the day, and how to make the most of the time between the formal parts of the wedding.
