Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Film | Lola and Aaron
Shot on location at Trinity Buoy Wharf, London – August 2024
I was very much looking forward to this Wedding. From chatting with Lola and Aaron in the lead up to their day, I got their excitement and enthusiasm not just for their wedding, obviously, but for the film of their day and when a couple is enthused by your work it’s always a joy to be a part of their day. I loved putting together their Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding film and am delighted to present it here.
This was my second time back at Trinity Buoy Wharf and it’s always a special location to film in. My usual haunts are barns and stately homes around Essex and Suffolk, so being in London, and on the banks of the thames is a lovely little day out. The venue has so much history (London’s only remaining lighthouse!) and Robyn from venue was once again a warm and generous host.
The day started with Lola and the bridal party in Bethnal Green and I was welcomed with offers of tea & croissants which is always a lovely touch at the start of the day and a hug from legendary photographer Henry Lowther.
The rest of the day was a total dream, from the personal ceremony, brilliant speeches, fantastic weather and the London backdrop – it was a really lovely wedding to capture. This Trinity Buoy Wharf wedding had a beautiful tone & vibe to the day. I found everyone to be excited about the Wedding, to be celebrating with Lola and Aaron and to enjoy all the events they had planned.
I hope Lola and Aaron, along with their friends and family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together their Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Film and I thank them for their help & hospitality on the day.
How Did You both Meet?
We met in 2018 on Bumble and have had 6 very happy years together, looking forward to many many more! In 2020 we moved in together in Kingston where we are now settled with our 1 year old golden retriever, Olive.
Why did you choose Trinity Buoy Wharf?
We knew that we wanted a London wedding with something not traditional at all (no stately homes or country cottages). We had viewed one other venue then saw Trinity Buoy Wharf and instantly knew it would fit the bill! The venue is great, unique and the staff were really helpful in the initial stages and throughout.
Why did you choose me?
