My last wedding of a LONG 2021 season was a pretty special one & I loved being able to spend my day with Hollie & Tom & to put together their Blake Hall Wedding Video.
I hadn’t been back to Blake Hall for about 3 years so it was good to get back to the place & to see the legendary Austin who was on his home stretch before retiring. I got to the venue early to grab some shot of Hollie’s prep & some of the set up. But of course the best moment was when Feliz Navidad came on the radio & Hollie & Tom’s little girl started jumping around & dancing along.
From there I headed to St John’s Church to set up & wait for the boys, who turned up looking resplendent in bow ties. I was luckily to work alongside the brilliant Danielle Smith once again. We hadn’t seen each other for a few years so was good to catch up. I loved Danielle’s work & she’s a joy to work alongside.
The rest of the day ran like a dream. Great service, wonderful speeches….including two best men, a Father of the Bride, a Maid of Honour & of course the main man Tom & then dancing into the night.
I hope Hollie & Tom, along with their friends & family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together this Blake Hall Wedding Video & I thank them for their help & hospitality on the day.
How did you both meet?
Tom and I actually met in our first year of secondary school when we were 11 and have always been friends. We got back into proper contact when we were 21 and in the same friendship group but didn’t officially get together until January 2018. My dad always said if he could choose a son in law it would be Tom!
Why did you choose Blake Hall?
We didn’t look at many only 2 (for our reception) but we felt for the theme and also just for us in general that when we walked into Blake Hall it felt like “the place”
Where did you find out about me?
You were my best friends videographer and you were amazing and so is her video. No one else’s work compared to yours.
