The Boundary Wedding | Jordan and Billy

The Boundary Wedding | Jordan and Billy

Shot on location at The Boundary, Essex | June 2023

This was a really lovely day, thank you Jordan and Billy for a lovely day, I really enjoyed myself at this wedding and it was wonderful to be at a venue that doubles as a cricket wicket! I’m delighted to present this Boundary Wedding Video.

This was my first time at The Boundary, a really inventive venue that, as the name suggests, is located on the boundary of Garon Park, now named the Peter Butler Oval – home of Old Southendian Football Club and Old Southendian and Southchurch Cricket Club. For me, this meant plenty of opportunity for shots of the cricket!

I started the day with Jordan and the girls at her Mum’s house before heading to the venue, arriving in a massive downpour and without an umbrella. I also, on arrival at The Boundary, couldn’t work out where the ceremony was to be held, until I was told that it was on the other side of the park INSIDE the scoreboard.

It’s very tight in the scoreboard, there is not a lot of space and it was a challenge to film the ceremony. However, Jordan and Billy had written their own vows which really saved the down. I can’t stress enough how personal vows really bring a ceremony to life. I would encourage all couples to consider writing their own vows, they bring so much personality to a ceremony.

I hope Jordan and Billy along with their friends and family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together their Boundary Wedding Video, and I thank them for their help and their hospitality on the day.

How did you both meet?

A lot of tequila! Through our mutual friends Groomsmen Albert and his sister Ede.

Why did you choose me for your Boundary Wedding?

We really liked the way you tell the story, the speeches as voiceovers and how you capture the day truly.
