I’m delighted to present Hayley and Tom’s Roslin Beach Wedding Video. Theirs was a challenging day with the weather not really playing ball, but Hayley and Tom got past that with a lot of grace and excitement. Hayley and Tom were great company and I’m delighted to deliver their Roslin Beach Wedding Video.
Hayley and Tom had planned a slightly different day, but it was in keeping with their values and spirit. It was a later do, getting married late afternoon, no speeches and no sit down meal. They wanted an informal and fun day, and I now understand that this was the tone of their relationship. The weather though wasn’t really as fun and up beat as we had all hoped. It rained and it was windy, and the planned reception trip to the beach had to be scrapped sadly.
One of my favorite moments of the day was Hayley and Tom’s ceremony, which featured some stunning personal vows, well written and delivered and which told the story of Hayley and Tom’s relationship.
This was a really fun wedding and I hope Hayley and Tom love their Roslin Beach Wedding Video and I thank them for their help and hospitality on the day.
Why did you choose Roslin Beach?
We were originally going to get married in Spain, at a golf club we love. We flew out with Toms parents in May 2024 to fix arrangements. But after planning a lot of the details, it felt like too much and too much to ask of people. We looked at just one UK venue – the Roslin which is down the road from home. So many options, so much cost and so much pressure was making it feel ungenuine to us and what we wanted. We simplified the whole shabang to what we really wanted, a meaningful ceremony, a party and not asking too much of our guests.
Why did you choose me?
You were recommended by Amy Whittingham, who we booked as the photographer. I really like both your styles and feel they go well together and suit us. You are fairly local, and will blend right in amongst the guests. I thought you understood and matched our non-overcomplicated but meaningful energy.
