I should start by saying that everything about Louise and Russell’s Mulberry House Wedding was perfect. This day was a lot of fun. Everything except the monumental rainstorm that came out of nowhere and had everyone scrabbling around just 5 minutes before the outside ceremony was to begin! That aside, this was a really lovely day and a really lovely wedding, and I loved putting together Louise and Russell’s Mulberry House Wedding Video.
This was my first time back at Mulberry House in a number of years. It’s weird how sometimes venue bookings work in cycles. I hadn’t been at the venue for about 5 years, but this wedding and the next one on my list are both at Mulberry. Wedding bookings are a strange beast. It was good to be back, though, and I was well looked after by Claire and her team.
I arrived early to meet the girls, who were also just arriving to get ready in the house. Around the same time, Russell arrived at Mulberry House in a version of Del Boy’s Reliant Regal. The joy on Russell’s face was like a kid at Christmas!
A quick mention to the Singing Waiters that Louise and Russell had hired to surprise their guests. Their set featured a conga line, games of Rock, Paper, Scissors, and the now obligatory sing along to Sweet Caroline. It was a set that got everyone up from their seats and really kick started the evening.
I hope Louise and Russell, along with their friends and family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together their Mulberry House Wedding Video, and I thank them for their help and their hospitality on the day.
How did you guys both meet?
We met in London 4 years ago via a mutual friend, Russell’s friend, and Louise’s work colleague. Louise was out for work drinks with said mutual friend, and along came Russell to those drinks to see his friend, and there we met.
What made you choose Mulberry House?
We looked at around four venues. We wanted local, but Russell loves the idea of water, and Mulberry House has a small lake in the grounds. The grounds are also immaculate, and the customer service is second to none. We like the idea of everyone together, not cramped, so nobody can get too lost.
Why did you choose me for your Mulberry House Wedding Video?
You were the videographer for both of my Bridesmaids – Natalie and Jessica – and we loved their videos.
