I had a really lovely day with Sarah & Chris & I loved putting together their Houchins Wedding Video.
This was the first wedding of the year that really felt like we were heading into the winter months for me. It was cold & wet at Houchins, but of course one of the great attributes of the veune is the vast indoor space to shelter from the wind & rain.
I arrived early & was greeted in the bridal prep by our bride rapping along to the speaker whilst in the make up chair. Now, usually I find brides a little nervous or apprehensive, but not Sarah. Her vocals were on point & her rhymes were slick! This may have just been Sarah’s own way of managing her nerves, but it was a rather unique bridal prep & one I enjoyed immensely.
I was delighted to work alongside the brilliant Sadie at Big Fish Photography once again. We’ve worked together a number of times at Houchins this year & Sadie is great fun to be around.
One of the great moments of the day came in the evening with not only some brilliant sparklers but also a secret fire show that Sarah had booked. I enjoyed using some of this footage in this video as it looked so great with fire & sparks in front of the audience.
I hope Sarah & Chris, along with their friends & family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together this Houchins Wedding Video & I thank them for their help & hospitality on the day.
