This was a really lovely wedding & I loved spending the day with Lara & Adam & putting together their Houchins Wedding Film.
There were a few reasons I has been looking forward to this wedding ever since Lara booked me back in January. For a start, I used to live in Coggeshall & always enjoy going back when I can. My wife & I still have many friends in the village & I bumped into a couple as I was taking establishing shots of the church.
Speaking of the church, it was the place my wife & I were married just over 10 years ago. I’d been back to the church many times since, but had never worked a wedding there. For me just being in the building during a wedding brought back many happy memories. I was really looking forward to being back in the Church for Lara & Adam’s wedding & seeing the service from a different perspective.
Post service, we all headed down the road to Houchins for the reception & speeches & then onto some wonderful shapes on the dancefloor. I’m proud to be a recommended supplier at Houchins & once again the team put on a great wedding for Lara & Adam.
I hope Lara & Adam, along with their friends & family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together this Houchins Wedding Film & I thank them for their help & hospitality on the day.
Why did you choose your venues?
Houchins is near my parents house and the Church we are getting married in. It is a gorgeous venue, I like it because it is laid back and comfortable and I like the fact the eating and dancing area are separate and not in the same room.
How did you get engaged?
We got engaged in lockdown on my birthday 🙂 It was a complete surprise to me!
