Now here is a brilliant Houchins Wedding! I really loved working with Eleanor & Dan & putting together their Houchins Wedding video.
This was a really lovely wedding. It just had a wonderful tone to the day. Eleanor & Dan were great company & wonderfully fun to be around. They put together a really great day & I was delighted to be a part of it. Infant, I was looking through my notes from our first conversations & Eleanor clearly outlined how the wedding was to be very bright and summery – “a summery party atmosphere, a little like a festival.”
I loved being back at Houchins as well. I always love a Houchins Wedding & I love my time at the venue. It’s just such a well run & looked after venue. The team really look after their couples & I’m always delighted to find myself back for a Houchins Weddings each summer.
Houchins has a list of preferred partners & I’m delighted to be on that list for Videography. It’s great to work with a venue who value your work & attitude & I’m very proud to be on that list.

How did you guys meet?
We met via online dating app, plenty of fish. We went on our first date in a local pub to Eleanor’s job at the time, Eleanor was convinced Dan wasn’t interested as he had his arms crossed the entire time, turns out he was worried his shirt was too tight.
How did you get engaged?
We climbed Mount Snowden and had a very long journey back down due to Eleanor’s Knees giving up. Dan proposed on the terrace at our rented cottage when we retuned.
What made you choose Houchins?
We looked at Houchins and one other in Sussex, we knew straight away Houchins was special.
