High Beech Wedding Film | Imogen & Thomas
Shot on location in & around High Beech, Essex | July 2022
I really enjoyed Imogen & Thomas’ wedding day. It was a very different wedding from the kind of weddings I usually film, for a few reasons, but I loved the day & loved putting together their High Beech Wedding Film.
I arrived at Imogen’s parent’s house bright & early to find a VERY relaxed prep. Infact, both Imogen & Thomas were wandering about as if it was any other day. I liked the ‘vibe’ from the off. They were both happy & content just hanging out ahead of the ceremony.
From there it was off to the Church – just a few minutes down the road where I bumped into Aaron Jacob Jones who was busy setting up to paint the day. I’d worked with Aaron a few months back & the work he produces is incredible. Throughout the day he produces a number of watercolours & illustrations of the wedding day. It was great to work alongside him once again & watch him work throughout the day.
Infact, at one point during the ceremony, there was Aaron, myself & photographer James Davidson at the back of the Church, each doing our individual thing, which I thought was pretty cool.
It was also great to work alongside James once again, I really enjoy his company & we had a great time on the day.
I should give a mention to Thomas’ speech. Maybe the best Groom’s speech I’ve ever heard. He set the context his relationship with Imogen quite beautifully & his description of their relationship was wonderful.
I hope Imogen & Thomas, along with their friends & family, enjoy this film of their day. I loved putting together their High Beech Wedding Film & I thank them for their help & hospitality on the day.
