This was a little trip a little further than I usually travel, but the offer to film Lucie and Peter’s wedding on the beach was one I couldn’t resist. Their Gallivant Wedding Video was a joy to put together and I’m delighted to present it here.
The Gallivant is a beautiful boutique hotel down by the dunes of Camber Sands, a world away from the usual stately homes or barns that I tend to film in. I was looking forward to a change of pace and scenery for this wedding, and I must say Lucie and Peter put on an amazing day, choosing a brilliant venue that suited their style and tone perfectly.
Lucie and Peter wanted a relaxed day, unclouded by some of the traditional expectations. Part of this was their reception in the sand dunes on Camber Sands. A champagne and oyster reception on the beach was pretty special, and with the sun shining and the waves lapping the shore in the distance, it was a beautiful afternoon to experience.
I do hope Lucie and Peter, along with their family and friends, enjoy this Gallivant Wedding video, and I thank them both for their help and hospitality on the day.
Why did you choose The Gallivant?
It was the one and only venue we looked at. We just fell in love with the beautiful coastal garden and being right on the beach, with a really relaxed vibe.
