Kent Wedding Video – Shot on location at One Warwick Park Hotel, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
I’m delighted to present Harriet and Charlie’s Kent Wedding Video – shot on location in and around the beautiful town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. This was a really fun film to put together and a really fun wedding to film and there are just so many positives moments when I think back to this wedding.
However, the day started terribly. A combination of massive storm and first weekend of the school holidays meant that an hours journey for me took almost 3, due to accidents, road closures and massive detours. I arrived into Harriet’s bridal prep a hot, flustered mess. Not that it mattered too much to Harriet or her mother Sandra who both welcomed me into the relaxed bridal suite. Under the circumstances it was one of the most chilled prep’s I’d seen all summer.
One Warwick Park is a seriously smart hotel and their newly made over ceremony room looked fantastic. It was so well prepared that you could almost smell the paint after it’s refresh! The hotel was well presented but I took me a while to work out my bearings in amongst the warren of corridors and locations. It was just my luck though that the boys congregated outside to welcome the guests and after the prep I was able to grab some shots of Charlie and the boys putting the final touches to their threads and welcoming the guests to the Wedding.
One of the great surprises of the day was the choir that entertained the guest both before Harriet’s arrival and during the ceremony. Their rendition of the Boo Radley’s was a particular highlight of my day.I love that band and their very seldom heard on a wedding day!
I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Harriet and Charlie and I hope they, along with their family and friends enjoy this Kent Wedding Video.
How did you guys meet?
It all started in freshers week 2011 with a game of guess who, a microwave curry and a 3am kiss on the floor outside the students union. The rest as they say is history.
How did you get engaged?
7 years, 3 houses, 2 jobs each and 1 walk along the Southbank later… Charlie finally got down on one knee! A great day out in London. After a nice lunch in Covent Garden while watching the musical performers (which is one of Harriet’s favourite things to do), we then went for a walk along the Southbank where Charlie got down on one knee with a London backdrop under the fairy lights.
What made you choose your wedding venue?
We chose One Warwick Park as we liked the boutique style and atmosphere of the hotel. It also offered us the ability to have the entire hotel for our wedding, being able to book all 42 rooms which was perfect to ensure a stress free day for us and our guests. The hotel is also based in a place that we love Royal Tunbridge Wells. We looked at a few venues but felt that we loved One Warwick park as soon as we saw it. Not too big and not to small just right. and it helped that the Bar stays open all night for residents…. 🙂
