Burloes Hall Wedding – Shot on location at Burloes Hall, Hertfordshire
I loved putting together Rachael and Luke’s Burloes Hall Wedding video, it was such a great, if slightly windy, day. This was my first trip to Burloes Hall and I had a great time – what a beautiful house and venue. Rachael and Luke chose very well!
My day started with Rachael and the girls in a stunning house opposite Audley End Country House. As I wandered in to say hello people just kept appearing – there must have been 25 people in that house, all making tea, getting make and hair done or watching Rolling Stones videos on Youtube. It was crazy. Every time I went for a wander more people appeared!
From there, I headed to Burloes Hall, around a 15 minute drive, to get some set up shots and meet the boys. It was then that I started worrying about the weather. Rachael and Luke had decided upon a celebrant to lead their service, and with Burloes Hall only offering an outdoor wedding much was made of the importance of the service. However, with the wind picking up and dark clouds a coming, I was worried the service would be rained off.
Spoiler Alert – it wasn’t…..but it was touch and go for a bit!
The service was beautiful and personal, and from there Rachael and Luke moved their guests into the marquee to continue the celebrations.
I was delighted to work alongside some brilliant suppliers once again, namely photographer Claire Cullen who I’ve always enjoyed working alongside, and the team at Burloes Hall really looked after us on the day.
I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Rachael and Luke and I loved putting together their Burloes Hall Wedding Video. I hope they, and their families, enjoy this film of their day.
